You can return the product you have purchased within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, without destroying, spoiling, using the product or tearing off the labels, if it complies with the general applicable return/exchange conditions, by packing it as you received it and in a way that it will not be damaged during its delivery to us, or you can request an exchange. you can be found. - For goods that are the subject of a single order and delivered separately, the day on which the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the last good,

- For goods consisting of more than one piece, the day the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the last piece,

- In contracts where the goods are delivered regularly for a certain period of time, the day on which the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the first good is taken as a basis.

 

The period of the right of withdrawal, in contracts related to the performance of service, the day the contract is established; In contracts for the delivery of goods, it starts on the day the Buyer or the third party determined by the Buyer receives the goods. However, the Buyer may use the right of return/withdrawal within the period from the conclusion of the contract until the delivery of the goods.

Before returning/exchange, you should send an e-mail to info@aquaturk.com.tr explaining your reason for return and/or exchange in detail.

Indicate clearly and clearly the situation regarding the product or the order, and the action you request to be made.

After your application is reviewed by the relevant department, you will receive a positive or negative feedback. Your return or cancellation transactions with a positive result will be returned to you.

Cancellation or return transactions (shipping cost, credit card return commission, service fee if service has been done, invoice VAT amount if invoice has been issued) will be deducted from the order amount and returned.

 

In case of a positive return, you must send the product with all copies of the product invoice you have.

 

IF WATER CONTACTS our Water Treatment Devices, it is NOT possible to change, withdraw or return due to hygiene conditions.

 

The products returned by stating that they are defective (defective) goods will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection by us, and an exchange product is sent according to the result of the inspection. This process can take up to 20 business days.

 

aquaturk.com.tr reserves the right not to return the product and not to refund the price if it detects any opening, deterioration, destruction, tearing, use, etc. in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer.

 

Return and exchange rules take effect from the moment the parcel\box\bag or similar protective carriers containing the order products are delivered to the carrier company by aquaturk.com.tr.

 

Our general return conditions are as follows;

• Returns must be made with the original box or packaging.

• The product must be shipped undamaged, with all accessories, certificates and all copies of the invoice.

• Returns of products whose original box/packaging has been damaged are not accepted.

• You must send the original invoice (all copies) with the product you want to return.

Payment refund

Your canceled/returned orders are refunded within 25 days at the latest after the return is approved. For returns made as defective goods, the product is first sent to the manufacturer for examination, and the product is returned or sent back according to the return provided by the company.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE

1. In the refund of the amount of the products purchased with credit card installments; if the shopping is made with a credit card and in installments, the Bank makes the refund to the Buyer in installments, depending on the number of installments the Buyer purchased the product. After the Seller pays the full amount of the product price to the bank at one time, in the event that the installment expenditures made from the Bank's poses are refunded to the Buyer's credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred to the bearer party accounts by the Bank in installments in order to prevent the parties involved in the matter from being victimized. The installment amounts paid by the Buyer until the cancellation of the sale, if the return date and the account cut-off dates of the card do not coincide, 1 (one) refund will be reflected on the card every month and the Buyer will receive the installments paid before the return for the number of months after the installments of the sale are over and will be deducted from the existing debts.

2. In case of the return of the goods and services purchased with the card, the Seller cannot pay the Buyer in cash in accordance with the contract with the Bank. In case of a return transaction, the Seller will make the return through the relevant software, and since the Seller is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or in offset, the Buyer cannot be paid in cash in accordance with the procedure we have explained above. The refund to the credit card will be made by the Bank in accordance with the above procedure after the Seller pays the price to the Bank in one lump sum.

3. In the event of the return of goods and services received by wire transfer / EFT, the SELLER cannot pay the Buyer in cash in accordance with the contract it has made with the Bank. In case of a return transaction, the SELLER will make the return through the relevant software, and since the SELLER is obliged to pay the relevant amount to the Bank in cash or in cash, the Buyer cannot be paid in cash in accordance with the procedure we have explained above.

4. The Buyer acknowledges and undertakes that it has read and accepted this procedure.

5. If this right is exercised,

A) The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning. Order returns whose invoice is issued on behalf of institutions will not be completed if the RETURN INVOICE is not issued.)

B) The return form (available on the website), in accordance with the General Communiqué No. 385 of the V.U.K. General Communiqué No. 385, in order to make the return transactions, the relevant sections of the invoice with the return section we have sent to you must be filled in completely and sent back to us with the product after signing.

C) The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with the box, packaging, standard accessories, if any.

2. The seller or provider may also offer the Buyer the option to send the return / withdrawal declaration via the website. In the event that the right of withdrawal is offered to consumers through the website, the Seller or provider must immediately send the consumer the confirmation that the withdrawal requests submitted by the consumers have reached them.

3. Regarding the return of the product, the logistics company authorized by the Seller is assigned by the Seller.

4. If the product is sent back by a logistics company not authorized by the seller, the Seller does not cover the logistics expenses. In case of such return, the Buyer is responsible for any damage to the product, etc.

5. If disassembly is required before the return of the product, this process is carried out by the service center authorized by the Seller. The product will not be taken back if the Buyer has it disassembled by a company other than the service center authorized by the Seller and / or disassembles it himself.
